Come and hang out with Parent Aid and the Southern Arizona Child Advocacy Center, where we're diving into the book "What Happened to You? Conversations on Trauma, Resilience, and Healing" by Bruce D. Perry, MD, PhD, and Oprah Winfrey. If you know anyone who could use a little boost in their understanding of childhood trauma and its effects, feel free to spread the word. You never know who might appreciate a deep dive into the emotional wellness pool.

Dr. Perry is like the Yoda of child brain development, shedding light on how those pesky childhood traumas can leave a lasting mark.
